Nature of This Website

Costilla County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site. It has no authority to issue official records, confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor. No government office controls or endorses it.

The site points readers to official Costilla County custody and criminal-justice record sources, Colorado correctional resources, and independent research tools. It stores no official jail roster, booking photograph, arrest report, or court record.

Acceptable Use Rules
